My journey into
the Z World began in 2005 with a Silver 350Z. We visited Metro
Nissan and my wife was the first one to test drive the Z. She
told me right then and there that I had to buy that car! Do I
have a great wife or what?
In 2010, I
purchased the 370Z from Empire Nissan (through the Costco
Program). I wasn't looking for a Roadster but, at the time, it
was the only 370Z on the West Coast that had the Touring, Sport
Package and the must have Black Cherry paint. The 7-speed
automatic with paddle shifters and the fact that it can record
9.3 GB of music was a added plus. To protect the paint I had
Ultimate Shield's Clear Bra installed on the front end including
the entire hood. Because you can never have too much horsepower
and to create a awesome low rumble, I added the Stillen Dual
Cat-Back exhaust and their Generation 2 Long Tube Hi-Flow Intake
systems. I also added a Carbon Fiber Front Upper Trim piece to
enhance the look of the Roadster. The 350Z was great but the
370Z is incredible! It's fast and smooth so this one may be a
keeper.
In case you noticed the classic car in the background in one of
the photos, yes that is also mine. It is a fully restored 1938
Chevrolet Sport 4-door Sedan that I've owned for the last 20
years.
