What's going on everybody
This board has been real dead lately so I thought I'd start a thread. So what's new with the giant.
Well I missed the last meet cause I was sick.
But my oil leak is finally gone. Turned out to be a crack in my intake cam sprocket. $150 used from Z-1. So all my parts for everything else related
to this totalling up to $500. My dad did the labor. Thanks Pops.
I shall be getting leather seats soon. Thanks Jorge.
And I just recvd the 1st part of an audio system to replace crappy Jensen stuff in my car. Step 1 get a killer Head Unit. So I got an Eclipse 8443
with 8v preout so I can get quality sound once I replace my speakers. Next step will be components for the front.
Car currently needs to be washed due to sitting in Fullerton for a month while my dad worked on it. Used Meguiars interior spray and that stuff rocks.
Plus I don't think it's alcohol based like armor-all is. So no cracked dash.
Oh and Merry Christmas everyone. Post up dang it.

Hey Dustin,
Here I am posting a reply, and you're not here! What's up with that?
Thanks for the info on Meguiars. I'll have to check that product out. I too have heard Armorall isn't the best product for interiors. Good thing
I've not been using it.
Hey by the way, do you know a guy by the name of Tony, he works for Ingersoll Rand, if he posts here? I saw him at the last meet, but didn't get a
chance to ask for his details.
Merry Christmas to you too mate. I'm heading off Down Under on Christmas Eve for 3 weeks.

Yep, had been kinda quite here lately.
So what's going on with me.... I dropped off my Z at a shop in San Diego called Sinful Enhancements which is having some major custom body work done on it. Should be done in three-four weeks.
I'll post a separate thread a little later with more detail

Look forward to pics Chuck. It's nice to have a working CD player again and it'll be even nicer once I really start building my system. Nothing to
crazy though. Component's coax's and 1-2 subs. + at least 2 amps. Right now I have no $$$ due to wife's b-day on the 22nd and daughters on the 23rd
and Christmas on the 25th.

It's great that you got your car back. I know how it feels to not drive it for several weeks. I just got in from out of town and can't wait to drive
it. Especially since I just installed an ALC.
