Escort Z BBQ
ChazZ - 10/15/2005 at 03:18
Came across these pics tonight. LAZ32 Club had a BBQ at Escort Racing located in Covina a couple of years ago (ie the year it did not rain)
Some Empire Z guys showed up and here are a few pics of the day.
LOL! The next year it rained on us. I'll have to dig some pics of that later. Anyway, turned out to be a great day.

Can't wait until the next one! Hopefully no rain this time!
Thanks for sharing the pix, Chuck! Here are a few from last year:

They have other shops in Japan so they are constantly back and forth and this requires them to shut down the shop for a few months from time to
time... good thing about that is that bring lots of goodies with them!
Hey, Dustin? Didn't we hear that the NA is/was to be coming to the US? Whatever happend with that?

From a post Ramon made a while back it's already here. On a side note I hopefully get my car back tommorrow. Yay.

I sent it over to my dad's friend's shop and they are doing it for parts cost only. So far $169 not including the seals. Couldn't wait for Greg,
but I'll get my car back the same day as I would've with greg, but like 400 bucks cheaper.

Ended up only being $325 cheaper than Specialty Z, but that included spark plugs and all fluids.

Sorry for
That sounds like a very fair price.
You gonna share the name of this shop with us?

My dad di the work so the labor was free. As for the parts part his friend owns a shop and gets oem parts cheap so I really can't help much on that.
